Do you allow food in other rooms?

DH hates it when I eat in the den or office - but I grew up snacking on the sofa, watching TV! He watches me like a hawk when I do it, and it takes the fun out of it - I like being a slob sometimes:). Do you eat anywhere besides the kitchen?

seriously thought...I think anyone that disallows food in certain rooms is uptight.

Im guilty!
I eat in the kitchen, den, or computer room..(really should break the computer room habit, but...I clean up right away its usually something small with some water).

For the kids, they can only eat in the kitchen or on the patio table outside.

If they aren't around, we eat anywhere.

I try to keep the food in the kitchen or dining room-we ahve carpets all over our condo.....so I try to keep everytjhing on one place....

Yup, we don't care....just as long as the dirty dishes/glasses make it to the kitchen sink.

Yes but I do make my kids eat most things at the table. And I dont let them eat snacks in their rooms b/c they're small and I dont want to find raisins and yogos imbedded in their carpets. As far as the adults, I do draw the line at the night my DH was eating chicken parm & spagnhetti in the bedroom..I hate table food like that in the bedroom.

no i do not. not in australia. in NY yes we do that, but in australia no. cockroaches are a big problem (think big roaches like in florida). it is a fact of life here, EVERY house gets the occasional one. i havent seen any since i have been in our new apartment, but we moved in 3 weeks ago. the roach season is summertime and summer is approaching here.

i take all precautions to keep them in the kitchen or bathroom. no thanks, i dont want them in the computer room, which is right next to our bedroom .

this is the one thing i HATE about this country is the roaches, and there is no way around it. i just have to keep food contained.

Well DH and I are pretty strict when it comes to eating. We only eat in the kitchen or DR. We do not allow no one to take food anywhere else in our house. Big no no for us.
