This is a big concern of mine! My foot is already so wide I have a hard time finding shoes as it is....

Re: Did your feet/shoe size change?

for those expecting in the winter (and need closed-toe shoes for swollen feet), my friend who's also expecting in the winter is counting on CLOGS! she's a nurse who has to be on her feet a lot... it makes a lot of sense. they're not form fitting at all, so you'll have room if you swell a bit.

Re: Did your feet/shoe size change?

my feet swelled tremendously during the last 2 months of pregnancy.

when the swelling went down, my feet had grown a full size. and they're wider.

Does this happen to everyone?

I have wide /big feet even though I'm only 5'4 and don't have a very big frame...

If my feet get wider, I'll never find shoes that fit right....it's so hard for me to find shoes and that's even before pregnancy....

I am up 1/2 size since about week 16 due to some swelling... Now my feet are so swollen at 35+ weeks that I tried to put my sneakers on tonight and couldn't without fear my feet would explode! Chat Icon I am wearing flip flops till the end... which sucks for me since I have no arches and shouldn't be wearing flip flops to begin with!! Chat Icon

Re: Did your feet/shoe size change?

Yes.

I went from 7.5M to 8W after my the pregnancy.

While PG I could not wear any shoes after 30 weeks. I had to wear flip flop. I was so swollen. Even bigger size did not fit.

My feet were super swollen with DD and I wore flip flops from about the 5th month until about 2 months after DD was born.

I could get away with some size 10's or 10&1/2's but now I'm def. an 11

My feel are amazon like right now. And my ankles are gone...they are fat rolls. Its quite attractive. My cute size 8s have morphed into 9WW, so I'm praying once this little boy comes out, that all returns to normal from the belly button down! Chat Icon

Re: Did your feet/shoe size change?

So far my feet have gotten slightly fatter. I am still able to wear sneakers and some shoes. I've been wearing flip flops alot but switched to sneakers 2 days ago since my feet needed some support. Hopefully the swelling will go away and I'll stay a 6 1/2.

Re: Did your feet/shoe size change?

I am 3 months post partum and my feet DID get bigger. They were swollen during pregnancy, of course, but I also went up half a size and my feet are a little wider. Most of my old shoes don't fit any longer.
