Devastating News!!! UPDATE 11/19
I think I lost the baby and I am having a miscarriage.
I was cramping so bad last night I knew something was not right. I started to see "some" blood in the middle of the night. I barely slept.
I got up at 4am and I started bleeding more. I passed a big clot (sorry TMI!!). Now it's full force AF with very heavy bleeding with lots of small clots.
I will call the Dr this morning.
I am pretty sure there is no hope at this point.
I can't even express how I fell right now.

UPDATE:
I want to thank everyone for their support, prayer and FMs.
It was a very difficult, painful and teary day.
I did saw the Dr. today and we did a blood test.
I have had VERY heavy bleeding all day with blood clots, very painful cramping. Soaked many pads.
At this time, it is almost safe to assume I am miscarrying because of the amount of blood and the cramping.
We still did a blood test and I will know tomorrow the numbers. So officially I won't know if I am still PG or not until then. Most likely not. I am already assuming this is what it is.
It was VERY painful but was able to discuss with the Dr what to expect in the next few days, weeks, when to TTC again, etc...
Of course, DS was a total monster today but gave me hugs when I asked him to. So that kept me busy most of the day. That and organizing pics to make photobooks.
Thanks again for all your support!
I will update with tomorrow's result.
