Defensive Driver Course Online
Can you take it online and have it really count or do I have to go and sit through the 6 hour course?

I had heard this, but had already signed up at the library it was not too bad we got a break for lunch and got out in under 6 hours. I wish I knew of one for the next time I have to take this course.

I don't want to have to sit there at 9 months prego or leave a newborn to reduce my insurance 10%

A lot of the classroom instructors are nervous because there have been random audits of classes, and if they don't run the class for all (or at least pretty close to all) of the required hours, they lose their certificate to teach, and all students lose their certificate from the class. I just took a class recently, and my instructor mentioned an agency that it happened to.
If they are that strict with classroom courses, I can't image them allowing someone to log in, take a nice warm bubble bath for a few hours, then click some multiple-guess questions and get credit for it.

I breezed through it in about 45 minutes. I believe you can go take the test, sign out & then go back.
It could've just been the course I....I mean DH & I took.
