dd's 2 year checkup stats with a question
DD weighs 26 lbs 8 oz...
She is 35.5 inches tall. She really got tall for her.
She is still a light weight!
Here's my question...the ped told me to continue with whole milk. Did you switch your child off whole milk at 2?

We were given the go ahead to switch to 2%. DD was 26.5 lbs and 32 inches.

She sounds tall and skinny!
DS was 36 inches and 31.9 pounds at his 2 year visit. 90th percentile for both height and weight.
Our ped told us we could switch DS to either 2% or 1% because he obviously doesn't need the fat anymore! 
Maybe because she's still pretty skinny, your ped is OK with continuing with the whole milk?

I forgot to the ask the doctor this last week. For now I'm keeping him on whole since that is what I drink and I dont want to buy 2 milks. He also only drinks about 2 cups a day anyways.

DD is still on whole milk, she turned 2 in June. She was 26.75 pounds (50th%)

My niece is still on whole milk at 3 because she is such a light weight.
My ped told me at his 1 yr appt that at 2 years we could switch because DS is off the charts for height and weight!

we swtiched to 2 percent at that point... but my dd was 37 inches and 33 pounds!
