Day Out With Thomas - Ticket Issues
Has anyone else not received tickets they have ordered for the Day out with Thomas?
I ordered back in March and never received them. I called later in the month and they said it's early, wait or they could do will call (but, advised waiting).
We are going in about 2 weeks now and I still haven't received tickets. I just spoke with them and they said that there's nothing I can do (no will-call, can't resend) and I have to call back within 48 hrs of the booking and they will figure something out. They say I will have no issues but, it makes me nervous!

We ordered ours in late March and we've had the tickets for quite a while already.
Did you pay with a credit card? Maybe the credit card company can cancel the charge if you never received them via mail. Can you just rebook or is it sold out?
Not sure I understand what solution they proprosed. Did they credit you and suggest you rebook?

I ordered on 3/8, paid with CC, they have my address right (even though online it says NC instead of NY)...
I was just frustrated since the first time I called they suggested waiting a little longer, even though they could do will call and now there's nothing that can be done until 48 hrs before the event. They said the tickets will be honored if I show Id, credit card and confirmation but, I am still a bit nervous since I've heard conflicting things from the ticket reps.
We are going on a weekday and tickets are still available so I guess I can always cancel and rebook if need be...

We recieved our tickets two weeks before and ordered months prior. I wouldn't worry I went to the Ct day out with thomas and another family there spoke with someone with a very similar situation and they made accomodations.
