Cycle 31 ::sigh:: Update..WOOHOO 5 follies and my IUI is Thursday!
I went in today to get my CD3 stuff taken care of (even though I am onlu cd2) and my doctor and I sat and chatted. I love this man. He is so kind and understanding, I am so lucky to have him as my doctor. While he was doing the ultra sound we were chatting it up and I asked him if we could get more aggresive and he looked at me and smiled and said, I was just about to ask you the same question.  and that he was bothered that I wasn't pregnant yet because there is no reason that I shouldn't be. So we agreed on being more aggresive! My old cycle would have me taking clomid or letrozole for 5 days and then three days of injections (75 of repronex usually on days 9, 10 and 11) this month we are starting me on 150 or repronex today, tomorrow and monday and he has me going in on Tuesday for another ultrasound and E2 (which is day 5...and he usually doesn't have me come back in until day 10) I am excited about this because we can still control it and increase my meds if need be.  I am hoping to produce about 6 follies this month instead of just the one like last month.
Agh, the one thing I appreciate about a new cycle is that I always start hopeful and optimistic! I have a gooood feeling this month!
But still, wouldn't mind if you could throw some BD my way....especially you newly preggo IFers

Oh Deb, that is great news that you are being more aggressive and even greater news that YOU are so optimistic and excited!!!
I have a feeling this is it for you as well....I know exactly what you mean about how every cycle starts a new time for optimism....Hopefully soon I will start to become more aggressive in my treatment as well.....

First off, I have to say, you are so lucky to have a doctor that sits and talks to you, who actually looks over your individual situation and works with it. I wish you tons of babydust this cycle.

Deb , I am so glad your doctor is 'on the same page' as you and here's hoping that a more aggressive approach is going to finally do it for you and the studmuffin

I went in this AM and got an e2 done and then the office called me and told me that I should take another 150 of repronex tonight and 150 tomorrow...Thursday I will go in and get another e2 as well as an ultra sound.
I am stressed out though...I might run out of meds.

aww thank you.
I talked with the nurse at my clinic and she said she has some spare repronex hidden in her desk that someone donated back to her...she said if I run out she will hook me up with them. Can I just say again I  my dr's office!

Went in this AM for my second E2 and ultra sound I have one follie measuring at 9 and one measuring at 10 and about 25 more just under that. The nurse told me that the next three to four days is when we should really see things start to happen!
Anyway, they will call me later with my E2 results and tell me how much meds to continue to take and when I should go in for my next ultra sound.
I don't know why but I am so very excited for this cycle.
Now if only I could figure out if I am really closing on my re-fi in a half of an hour  I can't believe I still don't know.

Deb I just saw this post and I am SOOOO HAPPY FOR YOU!
I truly hope you get PG before that BUT at least you must have some peace of mind that you can proceed with IVF if need be!!

I am feeling better today Donna. Thanks for asking!
Went in this am and had E2 and U/s done. I am to take another 150 today and another 150 tomorrow and then go back in on Monday for yet another E2 and ultra sound.
The good news is that I have 5 good sized follies (and a 6th one teetering on the edge...could go either way). I am excited though, the meds seem to be working really well.
