YES IT IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE
I have seen good ones in the mall (at a stand or kiosk) I had them try my hair and I loved it but it is just as expensive as the one I have.

i have the maxiglide and love it, my future sister in law has it too and she loves it too, her hair is very curly.
i got it at linens and things, used my coupon, and it's returnable if you dont like it.
