We have a VERY young temp, just out of college who was clearly raised with no manners.
There is a Polish woman I work with, who married a Jewish man. her first name is very Polish, but can sound Latin, if you don't know. Her married name is clearly Jewish. Whatever.
She is one level above me, and one level below Executives. Your voice travels in our office, so you need to watch what you say. Always. And you should NEVER EVER say things like he does, regardless of whether the person next to you or the person 4 rows over can here you.
**I am apologizing in advance for typing out the slur he used, Im just relaying the story, NOT my words.**
Anyway, we received an email from her the other day. He announces like he is announcing the arrival of the King....."Well, Name Name......Looks like a Spic married a Jew."
I sit behind him and I literally choked on my water and had a coughing fit from it. WHO SAYS THAT....first of all....ever and then loud enough that the entire office can hear you?
Then the other day, we were talking about texting abbreviations bc we are all "older" and aren't up to date on all the lingo.
He goes "do you know what THOT means?" To which he replies, "oh, you use that went you text your buddy you are out with about a hot chick you guy see and it means, "That Ho Over there".
I swear to god, I though the woman who sits across from me was going to hit him. She totally called him on it and it was awesome to try to watch him back pedal.
14 more days! 14 more days!
the only other thing that bothers me is the ONE guy who sends you an email and 5 seconds later is either calling you or standing AT your desk, just to let you know he just sent you an email. he's all, "did you see my email?"
No, Im sorry, I didn't, Im ass deep in emails since I spent the first 3 hours of the day in meeting hell, and Im only up to emails from 9:50 this morning.
If you send me an email, DO NOT call me or hover behind me at my cube (yes, I see you, Im on the phone) waiting to tell me you just sent me an email.

Oh and we have one girl who is not the brightest and one of the new branded designs is an hourglass design. In all correspondence she keeps referring to it as the "arrowglass" design.

Coworker horror stories
I had one coworker who is no longer at the firm who did crazy things all the time.
She would walk into conference rooms while meetings were going on to take food (from meetings she wasn't invited to). She would take scraps home for her dog (including bones).
She would dumpster dive in the building dumpster.
She made inappropriate comments all the time about me and my male coworkers and boss - I was married and there was nothing inappropriate going on with any of them.
My personal favorite though - I was wearing like a size 6/8 at the time and was never bigger than a size 10 - she asked me how I have so many friends because when she was growing up all the fat kids didn't have friends.
She also smoked and wore the same clothes daily - it was gross.

Coworker horror stories
wow. i have a problems with colleagues, but nothing like this! my problems are all specifically related to work.
except - at lease once a day, one of the toilets gets filled with a stack of toilet seat covers. it's not always the same stall. i can't figure out who, or why! it's not even like they used a few seat covers to pee (which would be weird enough) - the toilet is empty except for clear water and toilet seat covers!

There is a guy who works for the company we rent our office space from, and he likes to garbage pick. It wouldn't be so bad if the shit he takes wasn't sprawled over the ENTIRE office- there are currently 11 dirty and ripped life preservers lined up against the wall leading to my office. And I recently found out that he gives his findings TO HIS CLIENTS AS GIFTS!
He also burns an onion bagel in the toaster oven ever-single-morning, so the office stinks all day long. He also steals TP and paper towels on the weekends when no one else but myself is here, and tells me that he just "forgot" something in his office.
There are others in that office who pee all over the seats, never flush, leave used sanitary products on top of the open garbage, over spray the bathroom with nasty old lady's perfume, and who never clean up their hair in the sink after they brush it- and these women are all in their 50's and 60's!!

Speaking of bagel Fridays, this guy a few jobs ago would scrape all the sesame seeds off the sesame bagels into a ziplock. He would say his wife is making sesame chicken for dinner and they can never find sesame seeds. Unbelievable .

Let's see..a friend/co worker who's feet smelled like feta. I finally convinced her to go to the foot dr for some ointment lol
One girl was constantly inviting our Jewish boss to her Church. One day she snapped on me b/c I was going somewhere by a store she wanted to go to and she didn't know how to get there. She wanted to follow me but she was busy bsing so I had to leave. It was easy to get to so I was sure she would find it. A few weeks later I stuck up for a male co worker who was complaining that she was getting into his business. I told her who cares, let him live his life. She went OFF on me b/c I didn't let her follow me to the store. I told her to go to Hell which set her off more b/c she's very religious lol. She had issues with everyone in her life...personal and work.

I kept hearing rumors of this one attorney looking at porn at work. Didn't believe it until I walked in to ask about a file. Door wide open and his computer faced the door. He was trying to close stuff but boobs kept popping up. And I'm sure he heard me laughing with my coworkers on the other side of the office.

The girl behind me reads all her texts out loud and does this weird laugh out her mouth and nose, if that makes sense.
But the guy in front of me takes the cake. He texts and speaks to his gf about 30 times a day. Says the most annoying things ever. Whines like a ***** about everyone to his mommy about their upcoming wedding. I tune him out but I can still hear him. It's funny at this point.

He has jumped on peoples desks and danced. He has sat a verizon employee (who was there to fix our internet) sit in a chair and he put a santa hat on her and gave her sort of a lap dance.
I have so many more I could probably write a book!

I hung the GS Cookie form outside my cube (no fanfare, just hung it) and if people want them they just sign up -- someone new in my office has a child that just started GS and she actually started crying that I put up my form FIRST and took all the good orders from her daughter - She's been here 6 months, I have been here 15 years. She then ran around telling coworkers to only buy from her and how special her daughter is, came into my cube and had a conversation about how unfair it was that I hung the form without consulting anyone. She went as far as to say I am depriving her daughter of opportunities because I put the form out a day before her. Now heres the kicker. I put this out when I returned from vacation - on January 10th (weeks after the girls recieved forms), there were TWO people who signed up when she went on her tirade. After that the running around the office telling people to only order from her -- they came directly to my cube and asked me to put their order on a photocopied form that was not hung up....
If she was NICE about it I would have split the whole thing with her but she was so nasty, and rude and said some pretty bad things (about my work hrs and how i'm never here -- I travel extensively for my position) Very weird.

I am saving man gaga for tomorrow when i'm more alert.
I used to have a whackjob female boss many years ago. We all knew she had a few screws loose but one day we were all walking outside going for lunch (and you had to invite her cause she's the boss ugh) and we see a dog being walked. She proceeds to say "I just love looking at tight dog balls! The way they're just out there swishing! And there's tons in Manhattan here!" My coworker and i were at a loss, just speechless. I mean, how am I supposed to give you an iota of respect after that, much less look you in the eye?
The pp voodoo story reminded me of my own voodoo story. I worked in a nursing home as a teenager. There were lots of nurses aides who were from the Caribbean. One older lady and I became very friendly. I dont know if she told me stories just to eff with me or what, but they scared the crap out of me! Like, dont sit on the toilet seat cause these bitchez put spells on them, or don't step in spit on the floor cause it has a spell/black magic. She told me she saw a horse running at full speed up on the unit, and a goat upside down on the ceiling! My mom wanted me to quit

I've had some crazy interractions with many aides before and they are hilarious.
I had a fill in one come with one of my clients recently. This was right after the whole Miley Cyrus thing.
Out of the blue, she just started taking over the group randomly talking about Miley and how much she loves her and her music that it brings tears to her eyes.
She actually started crying in the middle of my group room.
A couple of my clients whispered in my ear "What is wrong with that aide?".
None of us were even talking about music.
She then took out her phone and started showing all of my clients the Wrecking Ball video.
