Could use some hugs and advice....(Update)
DD has been running a fever of about 103.0 - 105.4 for about 7 days... At first the doctor thought it was roseola... but when the fever didn't come (and no rash), I took her back to the doctor. They did a chest x-ray, took a blood and urine sample to see what was going on.
We are now on day 10 with a low grade fever of 100.5. Emma's chest x-ray came back positive for pneumonia on Tuesday. We have no idea if it's bacterial or viral - Still waiting on the blood results.
We could use some hugs... and any advice if you have it.
Update:
Got the blood and urine results... Bacteria is present in her urine, so she either has a UTI in addition to the pneumonia or it was a bacteria that caused the pnuenomia and it found it's way into her urine... My poor baby...

You sound like you are taking the right steps! I would keep following up with the dr. Good Luck to you and keep us updated!

Jacob was running the same thing ( search for my p0st) and today is the first day with normal fever after 5 days....
At least you got a diagnosis, we didn't so they chalked it up as viral..
I hope she is feeling better soon..
There must be something going around...

When I was 9 the Drs misdiagnosed my walking pneumonia for 6 months. I remember needing a lot of fluids and rest. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your baby.
