Couch to 5K
Has anyone done this program? If so, was it difficult?
I am thinking of starting it after New Years.

I've read it, printed it and planned to do it, but never made it off the couch 
I'll start it the same time you do if you want a buddy, I might progress a bit slowly as I'm still recovering from a broken ankle but I'd like to run a 5K this summer.
