If anyone comes across a sectional couch like this please let me know!
We are finishing our basement this year and realized that since our stairs are pretty narrow, and have a sharp turn, that we will only be able to fit very small pieces of a couch down there at a time. We want something big down there, so I am looking for a large sectional that breaks up into 1 or 2 seat pieces so we will be able to fit it down the stairs.
I havent't asked the salesmen at the furniture stores yet, but from what I have seen online, it seems like this is going to be hard to find. Most of the sectionals have 1 piece that is 3 cusions long (and that wont fit).
My mom said they make sectionals that break into one cushion pieces... if anyone sees one anywhere, please let me know.

We bought one like that from Furniture Now on Rt. 110 in Farmingdale. It's made by Flexsteel. Very comfortable - we have one recliner on each end but I believe you can order whichever pieces you want.

We got a sectional delivered yesterday for our living room. Just like the last time we ordered a couch it would not fit through the second door of the apt. So just like the last time again they hoisted the pieces through the front window illegally of course. But if we wanted to do this the right way, there are companies that work with furniture companies that take apart the furniture into very small pieces, bring it in the house and reassemble it in your room for you. I think its like $100-$300 extra or something like that but it can be done. If you go shopping and find something you like just mention that to the place and they can arrange for the other company to help you.

I'm pretty sure jennifer convertibles/leather makes stuff that can fit in small stairs. We bought our basement leather from there & although its not a sectional it came in pieces.

we bought our sectional from Jennifer Convertibles, and singed up for a $100 "disassemble" charge. So, the sections came up the stairs in pieces and they assembled it right on the spot!

This one from Pottery Barn has single sections, but they are deep, so I don't know if you would have trouble getting them down there. It is also kind of $$$$
My friend was looking at this, she liked the idea that she could break them up and use them seperately when they were entertaining.

We got ours at JC Penny we have a 4 peice sectional and no peice is bigger than 2 seats. We have 3 recliners. And it had alot of options for the configuration. Ours is made by Lane.
