Cookies/Chocolate Lollipops or any other ideas

...for my DD's preschool class.

Does anyone know of anyone that can make cookies or lollipops with one day notice?

you can, its so easy! Go to Michaels or AC Moore, get the bags of chocolate, a a mold, the sticks.

Microwave the chocolate, pour into molds, insert sticks and put in the fridge.

they are very simple. you can always do rice crispy treats and cut them with cookie cutters.

If you do them yourself I have another idea too. We have a chocolate factory downstairs from me at work. They make chocolate covered cheerios!! They're delicious. I wanted to do those for DS's class, but they were $5/bag.

I don't know if you have the ingedients at home, but my SIL makes these awesome cake balls. She bakes a boxed cake according to the directions and then crumbles it up and mixes it with regular white or chocolate icing. Then she molds them into balls and lets them set in the fridge. Once they've hardened she dips them in chocolate. DELISH!!! I already know I want her to make them for DS's 1st bday favors.
