CLOSING ON MY HOUSE TOMOROW AT NOON!!!
YAY, I really thought this deal was going to fall apart, but I guess is all okay with the buyers. PHEW, so right after closing, I will sign contracts on our new house YAY!

Thanks, we wound up in the H section of Coram. It is a really nice neighborhood, quiet, and well kept, and this house is in great shape, not much for us to do but move it, and it was an even better price

Love it! and the paint colors are nice too (maybe I just think that because they are similar to mine though!)!

That's wonderful!!!!!!!! We looked in the W section in Coram for a while.
Did you get Longwood SD or Middle Country?

we put offers in for a couple of homes in the "W" section, because that is a really nice area, but nothing worked out. There were a few houses in the longwood district that we could have managed to get probably, but I didn't really want to do that. H section really is just as nice, I think! This house is Middle Country schools.
I CANNOT wait for pool this summer, I'll be fat and pregnant, what is better than floating around all day!!!!

I know you just did all of this...you must be so happy, you got a really beautiful home. We have packed into PODS, and have to move into MIL's house until we close on new house, but it will be okay. 2 months of no mortgage, I am looking forward to that!

Saving money is always a good thing - now that we're done with all the MUST BE DONE projects, we're starting to save more for the next round of projects!
