Close your eyes and imagine the most ideal, relaxing vacation....
I'm talking that nice warm balmy beach air... palm trees... bluest of blue skies... soft pink beach sand... some frosty alcoholic beverage in your hand while you lay on your beach chair...
soooo - did you bring the kids, or leave them at home?
Be honest - whats your idea of the most ideal vacation ever?

May sound crazy, but I want to go to disney with the kids....we went to Dutch Wonderland last summer and we had a blast!

Tempting....
But I do have fun on vacations with my DH, so I'll let him come. But DS stays home. AT least until he's a little older and I can watch him play in the pool/ocean while I relax on the beach. Right now it would be running all over the place after him and trying to get him to stop eating sand--not much of a vacation!

Oh mine would def involve blue skies, a uncrowded beach, a frosty drink, sleeping in to 11am and def no kids, but def Dh next to me.

Agreed, my son is not in the picture when I am on my ideal vacation, as much as I adore him. He's off having a vacation of his own with Grandmom and Grandad in Florida.
Right now, it would be somewhere warm and tropical with beaches. Someplace where I can sleep all I want and relax.

Sorry there are just too many of them, we would never be able to relax at all.
DH and I actually went to Hawaii for 2 weeks without them. We missed them terribly but we got by...
I dont think I'd be able to leave Caden yet..even for a weekend.

Sorry, I didn't say it. My ideal vacation would be a big city in Asia, a few days to wander around the markets, eat the local food, watch local people and just enjoy the culture.
You can take your beaches, doesn't interest me. but no children. Maybe my husband at a push but mainly because he has proved himself to be competent at being a navigator (and that Yamanote Line in Tokyo is no easy feat)
