Cingular - AT&t Cell Phone users
Danielle and I got new phones this weekend for AT&T. We got the Samsung A737 which is a blue slider. Does anyone have this phone, and what do they feel about it?
Does anyone know if we can return the phones and get different ones? I didnt know if we could do it?
We are both unhappy with the camera, it takes horrible pictures compared to other camera phones we have had, and the clarity on the screan is not that great too.
When speaking on the phone the sound is good and clear, but the phone is not as user friendly as our razrs were....Thats the one thing I liked about them.

You usually have a 30 day return policy. I know someone who returned their phone for an iPhone and had no problems in the transaction.
I think most retail stores are open today.

I recommend you use the phone in the store as if you were to own...this is why there are models out so you can check them out...Ok granted they have a return policy, you have to wait in line, return them, pick out new ones, etc...
Just more time spent vs taking an extra few minutes to check out a phones features vs prehaps the style....

I have the Tilt, which is also a slider phone, and it rocks. I found it very easy to use and the pictures come out great.

We looked at it in the store but they were dummy phones. They do not work, and we could not see the clarity on the screen, use the camera or test out all of the functions.
I will call and see if they are open

i dont know about the phone, but honestly ever since they became ATT the service for me is terrible.......and i have had them since 2000
