Childcare leave nyc doe question
So I've been on childcare leave since October. I want to take another year. What form do I fill out? Another childcare leave form? MyMy secretary isn't the greatest so I need outside info. Thanks.

I believe you will get an email from hr connect asking your intentions for next year. There are instructions in the email, you should be getting it soon,
i am also on childcare leave but going back next year and this is what happened lat year and there is a form to be filled out Form op 160 which you can get online
When I get the email I will come bak on and let you no
You could also call hr connect and ak them what you need to do

Fill out the OP 160 as soon as possible and notify your principal in writing that you're taking another year.

Fill out the OP 160 as soon as possible and notify your principal in writing that you're taking another year.
the first week in june they will be mailing out instructions. my school mailed me the OP160 this week.
