cell phone donations
Does any one know where I can donate old cell phones... i've heard people talk about domestic violence shelters or police precints... anyone have any information?
OR if I can't donate, where does one go to recycle them?

your local police precinct should take them. we do where i work and give them out to victims of domestic violence who can't afford a phone, so they can always dial 911.
