Not sure if you have HBO but a few of these are on HBO in demand for free right now ( big momma's house, ATL, ETC)

I vote for Devil Wears Prada - I watched it with my MIL and FIL ( yeah DH works nights and I need a life ) and my FIL loved it as much as we did

We rented you me & dupree last time-it was cute.....im not into anything too "heavy" that requires too much thinking at the end of a long week!

glass house was pretty good-so was failure to launch&the lakehouse-
none of these really blew me away-I usually fall asleep before they end though!

Honestly, I would try Shaka Zulu Action or Ushpizin drama...just kidding...We have IO also and hate that they put more unknown movies than well known ones on their list...

This was an AWESOME movie....yes, it's about football and I happen to like "manly" movies.....but I think both you AND DH will truly enjoy it.

It has aspects for both men and women.

ETA: If you haven't seen Pirates of the Caribbean 2 yet....then that's a must see also.

Tsotsi was ok, but predictable. Also in a foreign language.

I haven't seen Little Miss Sunshine but have been meaning to watch it. V for Vendetta was interesting. Thank You for Smoking was good.

I'm late, but...

-Jet Li's Fearless has a nice story about family and love & good action (Li said it's his last fight film & wanted to make a statement against fighting with this story.)

-Mission Impossible III had nice production and a good story about relationships (despite the bad publicity w/ Tom Cruise)

-The Three Burials of Estrada Melquiades has a thought-provoking story & is interesting politically (border guards at Texas & Mexico) & Tommy Lee Jones is amazing!

-United 93 I highly recommend. I could not breathe for the entire movie. I think it is voted the best film on several lists, recently.

Honestly, I wish Walk The Line and The Queen were on that list-- those are the last two movies I saw in the theatres and they were both EXCELLENT!
