Caiden seems to be feeling better!
I completely cut out the chocolate milk for a couple of days, and then have only been giving him 1/2-3/4 of a cup with milk, water & chocolate syrup, and have been having him drink Apple Juice a lot more. It's been 3-4 days without crying that his hiney hurts when he tries to poop!  His stools look much better as well. I'm glad he's feeling better... because when he feels better so does mommy! 
Thanks for all the advice, I really appreciate it!
