Personally, I dont like the look but then again, I have a longer torso and shorter much more muscular legs so I wouldnt think that look would suit me.

I went to a wedding recently and the BM gown had a bubble bottom. It was Vera Wang; very chic!

I didn't like the thought of it and figured it would hideous on my body but I just bought a dress at Loft with a bubble skirt that looked really good! I was shocked and amazed!!!
