Blood work at Lab Corp with a 1 year old
Did anyone go to lab corp for blood work for their 1 year old baby?
Did you make an appt?
Do they have some "GOOD" blood techs for babies?

I was just there on Wednesday for myself. As far as I know they don't take appointments. I would call ahead and see if they can do something for you. My one suggestion is to get there right when they open. Otherwise the wait can be killer. I got there at 8:15 (not sure what time they open) and had a 20 minute wait. Not too bad. But in that 20 minutes the wait was estimated at an hour! Not sure if they have special techs for babies...if you call maybe you can ask that too. Good luck!

We went when my DS was 7 mos.
No you don't have to make an apt
And there was a good and bad tech there. 
i guess it depends on where you go

Haven't been to labCorp...we're going to Good Sam tomorrow...they said you don't need an appt & can walk right in. It's for her 1 year lead test, etc.

I had to take DD for her 1 year checkup. No appointment necessary at Lab Corp except on Saturdays (by me in NJ). The tech we had was very good...it was over quick. I think it was harder on my than it was on DD

We went--no appointment. We went the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving & were the only people in the whole place. I'm not sure how crowded they get otherwise. The tech was okay; I was just glad to be done with it.
