Re: Bathing Question

When she was first born I would do it every 3rd day after the belly button stump fell off.

Alexis is now 3 1/2 months old and I do it every other day. UNLESS she has a major explosion!! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Bathing Question

We started bathing DS every day as part of his night time routine at about 2.5 months. We only wash his hair every other night. He is now 4 months and he loves it. It calms him down and gets him ready for bedtime.

Re: Bathing Question

Once every week or so. Infants and newborns don't get dirty and too much bathing can give a little one dry skin. Andrew had bad skin to begin with so we had to do it like that. Once he got older and got into more things we uped them but not by much.

Re: Bathing Question

Every 2-3days.. only depends on the time and feeding. We try to always give her a bath before she feeds and never after 8pm.

She's 6weeks

Re: Bathing Question

When DD was first born, around every 3 - 4 days I remember.

Now she gets one every other night unless she dumps her dinner over her head or is teething bad and has very explosive diapers

Re: Bathing Question

Every three days because his skin was very dry. He didn't get very dirty then either, so it worked.
