Baby Gift for Second Child?

My boss recently had her second baby in under 2 years.

Since she had two boys, I am assuming she is pretty set with clothing, accessories, etc. so I wanted to get something a little more "personalized" for this baby. Like a personalized toy or something.

Can anyone recommend something like that?

one of our friends is expecting their 2nd boy, but they were born in different seasons, so we bought them some winter clothes for the baby since what they had from the 1st wouldn't fit!
