I ordered the Kalani 3-1 Combo Crib and Dresser from them back in August. We didn't put the crib together until December and when we opened the box the guard rail was damaged. I figured I had all the information on the order form so we got rid of the box. When I called Baby Center to re-order the part, they told me that they cannot do it without the serial number which was on the box...and that there is nothing they can do for me since I have all of the information BUT the serial number. I'm not going to bother with them anymore bc the crib is a piece of cr@p anyway (pine wood that scratches if you gently knick it) and I will definitely not use it for the 2nd baby, but I just wanted to give everyone heads up about their policy!
