Baby Bicycle Seats????

Does anyone have one? I would love to buy one but Im so nervous that I might fall riding my bike.

I saw one in TRU that sits behind the handle bars and not on the back.

What are your thoughts?

my friend just told me that they make ones that go infront of you now. I thought that sounded alot safer, i might get one of those, i didnt like the ones that go behind.

eta: i feel the ones in front i can grab hold of her if i needed to incase of an emergency.

I waited till he turned one...got a really great helmet for him...and that was it.

Last night we were out for a 4 mile ride. He LOVES it. I am so cautious though...Leo normally takes him on trails so I feel better about that.

Sometimes we ride to Target, he feels so cool when I keep his helmet on and he's inside a store.

If you are going to spend the money though, get a reclining one. I got my current one off of craigslist to try it out...but I am definitely going to get the co-pilot limo before the summer.

we have on that our freind gave us. I told Dh its going on your bike not mine ( i will fall over with him on it)

The problem with the one that goes in front of you is that most accidents/spills on a bike involve the rider going forward over the handlebars. If DC is there, it would be much more dangerous than if they were behind you.
