Ughhhh I knew it. I'm OUT again. AF is getting earlier and earlier each month. 
Same here... I just got AF at 5 dpo. Wtf.
I just started taking B6 today. It is supposed to help AF hold off longer so we have a chance to lengthen our Luteal Phase. Hopefully it works next month.
Thanks - are you supposed to take it every day?
Think so...I have been taking 1 a day and will see how my cycle goes this month
