At what week did everyone start to feel movement or flutters?

IF I can remember correctly I believe both my sisters said for them it was between 20-23 wks. I know everyone is different. HTH

I first felt flutters around 15.5 - 16 weeks, which is pretty early.

i felt it early, just before 16 weeks, but it's totally common not to feel anything before 20-22 weeks.
you may feel something earlier and attribute it to something else... the best way i can describe it is that it feels like gas bubbles but nothing comes out

I was 19 weeks when I felt the flutters and 20 weeks when it changed over to more thumps and punches.

I remember little things at 15 weeks that I wasn't sure if it was the baby, then at 16 weeks I def. knew it was the baby

I felt the first movement at 16w 4d.
My DH actually felt them from the outside of my stomach a few days later. At that point I only had 2 or 3 kicks that I could feel when I was laying down...but now at just about 26 weeks I swear this  is doing olympic activities in there!

I actually felt fliutters starting last week at 16 weeks, but very inconsistent- however I knew it was the baby.

I started to feel them at around 19 weeks but they were inconsistent. At around 24 weeks they were a lot stronger and my DH was able to feel them.

I did feel some flutter (very very little) around 15 weeks, but I thought it was gas. Between 16-17 weeks I started feel flutter & rolling movements more often and consistently during the evenings, then I started to realize that it was the baby 
I am 18w2d today and have been feeling the baby all through out the day, and he/she is getting stronger. My OB told me the baby really only sleep about 20 mins at a time, so feeling movement through out the day is common.

I m not sure, but I thought I felt something unusual- like little pokes- the other night, but not since then. I will be 15 weeks tomorrow.

17 weeks I felt thumps
I felt stuff before then but it was VERY inconsistent and I was usure that it was truly the baby. I thought it might have been stretching.

I started really early with this pregnancy - 14 weeks. It was definitely much later with DD. DH felt this one at 19 weeks.

with DD#1 it was rather late, maybe 22 or 23 weeks? for the longest time i remember not being able to tell the difference between movement and gas  ...
with DD#2 i started to feel things around 17 weeks, but i think only because BTDT...

I think it helps to know what to look for... people described it as a flutter and I didn't understand what that's like until feeling it myself...
At 22 weeks I started feeling some localized poking/kicking. Then later on the fluttering starts. You'll like to feel it if you lie down very still on your back. It kinda feel like somebody's swimming in your womb or a bird flapping his wings. :D

I thought I was feeling a flutter but I farted shortly after so it must've been gas
