You're paying for location - as rediculous as that is.
I'm sure there will be a bidding war - though the lot is small...there's only so much house you can put on .11 of an acre.

I have to post again - I just cant believe this house.
Look at this stuypid .11 piece of property...and the garbage they leave outside the house. Gross.
