April/May too soon for outdoor party?
I am starting to look into booking my DS's Christening and we were thinking about having it at our house... in the backyard. He will be 4 months in April, and I really wanted to do it at around 4-5 months old. Do you think it would be too early to have a tent out back?

April in general is crazy weather still.... rainy comes to mind. I think if you did it in late May would be safer.

My DD#2's birthday is 5/8. She'll be 4 this year and we've always had her parties outside...always the week after her b-day. It's always been nice, thank God. April is too iffy for me.
