Anyone on pre-natals that don't make them nauseous?
Looking for some names/suggestions to bring up at my next dr's appt on Wed. The queasiness has begun and I seriously can't stomach mine right now.

That is normal - try taking them with food . They do have different prnatals though that have something in them for nausau

My dr actually has me taking a prenatal mix that you mix into water - supposedly it doesn't cause nausea, but since I'm already nauseous, I can't stomach the thought of drinking it today- definitely an acquired taste - sort of sweet tarty and vitamin-y at the same time - that's not happening with how i feel right now.
I think I'd rather have a vitamin that I can't just swallow quickly over a drink that takes me 40 minutes to choke down.
Since I knew there was no way I could get it down today, I just took my regular multivitamin and a folic acid pill - do you think that's ok?

my Dr had me taking Flinstone vitamins until I was able to stomach the prenatals!

I take Rainbow Light Prenatnals i found in target. they've got probiotics in them for easy digestion. i was taking them before i got pregnant w/o any problems. and the dr. said it was fine to continue them especially since i already was dealing with reflux, barfing, etc.
so i highly recommend that brand.

I started taking mine at night instead of in the morning and that helped a lot.

i take the target brand pre natals. i was taking nature made but they made me dry heave and choke every time. these arent as big and i haven't had any problems with them yet (and i've been taking them since january)

I take the generic version of Duet DHA called Pruet DHA. Vitamins usually make me very queasy, these haven't bothered me one bit. I take them after dinner.

I take Duet DHA. I have a very sensitive stomach and usually everything makes me nauseous but have not had any issues with these pills.

I take OB complete with DNA right before I go to sleep with a little ginger ale. Not only did it STOP that queasiness I got after the pill, but (POSSIBLE TMI) I also don't have that vitamin burp!

have you tried taking them at night right before you go to bed? that's the only way i can take any vitamin or else i get nauseous. good luck!

Loved my first ones, but they were discontinued. HATED the second ones..ughh. But I love the ones I am on now.
Prenate with DHA. They are like a teal color. A little big, but that is not an issue for me.

I take Gesticare DHA. I tried Duet DHA first and felt so nauseaus. I guess it depends on the person.

I went through a few before I found ones that both my insurance covered and my stomach could handle. I am not taking Renate Prenatals plus DHA - they are two separate pills taken together and do not upset my stomach at all.

I take CitraNatal Assure (they come w/ a DHA pill) in the morning with breakfast and water. I haven't had any problems with them.

I take the prenatels from GNC. I take them after dinner and I am fine. I took the same ones with my last pregnancy also and I had no nausea problems

I take Target brand at least one hour before laying down. I don't get any stomach upset or reflux from it.
