Anyone have United Healthcare for Insurance?
Got a call from them yesterday asking me to join some "Healthy Pregnancy Program" at no additional charge.
Anyone know what this is?
I feel like it's scam to gauge what they'll cover during my pregnancy!

I have them and they stalked me with that call for weeks. Never took their call so finally something came in the mail. I made DH read it and he told me to skip it.

Yes and I opted in for the program. They call every few weeks to see how I am doing.

I thought the same thing when they called! I made them give me some of my personal information to confirm they at least knew who I was.
I really didn't find it helpful. They gave me a 24 hour nurse line, but when I actually had a question (something like, 'can I use colace?') they told me that they really couldn't give me medical advice. Now I just have time to take their calls so I think they have disowned me.

Yup. It was great with DS and I did it again. I especially liked the $125 gift card I got for joining lol.
They were very helpful with my M/S.. and they are nurses available 24/7 from now until 6 weeks after the baby is born.

You did get jipped! Did you register before 18 weeks? I got it with DS, and I'm waiting for it for this pregnancy too but they told me I will be getting it.

I have UHC (through Empire) I didnt get any call on this
They have 24/7 nurses, so if you have certain questions they will answer them. They also will check up on DC, and you are able to call them for questions with DC as well.
Personally I never used the service, but its a nice thing to have just in case, since its free.

I did it and didn't get a gift card!
They called occasionally to see how I was doing. I also had access to a nurse if I had any questions. I thought it was a nice program.
