I had one last week. It quickly moved into feeling fluish & then to a really bad headcold.
I started taking Airborne the minute it became a headcold. Works like a charm.

I've been hearing lots of people complaining about sore throats. Some of my students have been absent due to it. Some of them had strep. I was also going to suggest Airborne, I love it.

I been drinking Hot tea! A co-worker made me this drink called Witchsbrew
Its Hot tea with:
Lemon juice
Honey
nutmeg
cinnamon
I drank it today and OMG it is soo strong it will knock anything you have out of ya!!

Yes - works...just tastes nasty. Gargling with peroxide works as well. Equal parts water & peroxide.

Yes gargle with warm water with salt I will normally drink 1 cup of warm water with some salt in it!Feel better Jess

i gargeled last night, but it didnt work.
i woke up today and im soooo sick.
i want to stay in.
i have sore throat, gross boogies, running nose, clogged ears and my head feels congested

Get your azz to the store & pick up Airborne. Take it repeatedly - I think it says every 3 hours.

I take Tylenol Sore Throat when I start to get a scratchy itchy throat, which is then usually accompanied by a runny nose, headache, etc.
It makes me drowsy, so I take it at night. Although they now have a Daytime one in stores this year.

Ugh I think I have pneumonia...no kidding. But it started out as a sore throat. I love the Ricola echinacea drops & Airborne lozenges

i work at a school as a speech therapist, so my hands are constantly near the kids mouths and stuff...and they are always sick... i SWEAR by airborne!! i take one every morning before work, even when i'm not sick and all last winter i didn't get sick at all... it definitely helps!

I took Airborne for the first 3 days and I also took Tylenol Sinus and Congestion - worked like a charm....
