Anyone else excited for fall?
God no. I wish summer lasted all year long. I'd move to a warmer climate in a heart beat. Maybe some day....

I want another heat wave. I hate cold weather, I hate sweaters and coats, I hate short days, and what always feels like endless winter. I can never get enough beach days  Fall is great but it lasts like 3 weeks.
I agree. Fall is great, but it is so short lived, I feel what's the point. I hate fall mainly because it means winter is coming. I despise the cold. I hate the snow. I hate when it gets dark at like 4:30 and I hate how neverending our winters seem. I'll take the beach any day over snow and cold. I always get sad this time of the year. I really think I belong in Florida sometimes! Lol.

I'm shocked so many people want summer to end! I love the summer and mourn it when it's gone. Fall to me is hectic with back to work and school. Plus, it means we are that much closer to winter. I'll take lazy beach days over crisp weather any day!
When you hate the heat, as I do, saying goodbye to summer is is easy. Heat and humidity do nothing for me.
I love the crisp, cool air in the fall and I'm outside way more in the fall then the summer, it's so much more comfortable outside to do things then in the summer. The holidays are awesome. I feel like September is a fresh start, almost like a second New Years. I feel refreshed when summer ends. I love the cozy, warm comfort foods. I love to bake. I love decorating. I love the colors of fall. There is just so much to love about the fall that I eagerly await summers end. I don't miss it one bit when it's gone. 
And I actually don't mind snow either.
Wow. I could have written this word for word. This is exactly how I feel. I absolutely dread summertime. Besides the longer days, and easier dressing, there is nothing about the summer I enjoy that would surpass my utmost LOVE for FALL. Like you said, the Fall is like a new begining for me - A fresh start. The crisp cool air, apple picking, baking, doecorating, Halloween. I LOVE it. I just do not enjoy summer. Its too hot & humid, the bugs, the stickyness. Ew.

I'm really considering this in the near future.
This morning was downright COLD- and it's August. We get one month of real summer here.
I get super depressed.
If I could run around in shorts and bikini all year I think I'd be the happiest girl on earth!

meeeeeee fall is my favorite! love the beautiful trees, pumpkin beer, donuts, coffee and pies. Also, once fall comes i get into baking / cooking mode. Summer it's just too damn hot for me to want to cook or eat anything
Pumpkin beer could quite possibly be my favorite part of fall 
I actually checked the John Harvards website earlier this week to see when their pumpkin beer comes out.

Lol, we sound like twins ! I just need to convince DH who actually likes cold weather

ITA!! I hate the cold and I hate shorter days ! I love it hot  I'm in NC now the winters are still too cold lol

I love fall and winter and despise summer. I don't feel well (I get sluggish, sweaty, dizzy) in really hot weather and there is no escape here for air conditioning. The only places that have air conditioning are the supermarkets and drug stores. Shops and restaurants don't have a/c here and apartments and houses don't either.
When it actually does get hot, the heat tends to stay in apartments and houses longer because of the great insulation. I really dislike it.
That being said, I prefer the winters in NY because it seems like there is more sun in the winter there. Here (Germany) I rarely see the sun from November to March. It gets depressing, but I feel better in cooler weather.
I lived in warm weather climate (Australia) for 5 years and I disliked it. I really missed the 4 seasons. They didn't have a strong winter and summers were so hot! Even though the winter wasn't that cold, for some reason I felt colder there because central heating doesn't really exist there.
