Any tried and true granola bar recipes
GF or easily converted to gf would be a plus! The first batch I made tasted great but didn't hold together too well. Not a big deal but I also just threw it together so I don't know how well I could replicate them anyway.

I have no granola bar recipes but not sure if you might be interested in this-- Weelicious has one, it is only three ingredients, old fashioned oats, dates and dried banana chips... ground together. Tastes just like a dried fruit-oatmeal bar. It's yummy I make them for dd and they stay together and aren't very messy.

These are my favorite and my kids love them. They stay chewy too!

I don't use the wheat germ (I just omit). You can add pretty much anything to these! I also halve the sugar and they are still very sweet.

Thank you, these could work. I would need to figure out a substitute for the flour though.

I make this granola, it's delicious. The recipe says if you use steel oats then it's more of a granola bar, never tried it though. You could sub GF oats.
