this is amazing....everyone that eats them loves them and they are SO easy to make Chat Icon

oreo cupcakes:

1 pack of white cake mix (not vanilla - i personally like the Pillsbury brand)
whatever ingredients are listed on the box (eggs, oil and water i believe).
1 package of oreos
white frosting

start by preheating the oven (follow temperature instructions on cake mix box)

take 8-12 oreos and crush them up (i put them in the blender on the "ice" setting)

fill the cupcake trays with the cupcake holders
take 1/2 an oreo (one side - some will have the creme some wont) and place in the bottom of the cupcake holder(will fit perfectly inside the wrap)

make the cupcake mix as shown on the box

when you are done with the mix, stir in 85% of the crushed oreos
pour batter (with crushed oreos) into the cupcake tins and bake
let cool then frost, and then sprinkle the remaining oreo crumbs on top

enjoy!

The recipe on the Hershey's cocoa box. It's really good!

Also, the chocolate cupcake base for the s'more cupcakes I made is amazing. I've used it many times without the graham crackers and meringue frosting.

Link.

ITA. The one on the back of the hershey cocoa can is good. The batter is super thin, but it bakes quite nicely!
