any prenatal yoga in nassau county?
i saw one place in rvc but only two classes a week during work hours.
any suggestions?

I suggested these on the other yoga thread- New Baby Belly or Om Tara Yoga both on Broadway in Massapequa. Someone else suggested a place in Syosset (I think) on the other thread.

i didnt see any prenatal for om tara yoga?? maybe i looked at teh wrong schedule?
the baby belly looks interesting thouh.. is 20 a class normal? never been to any yoga class before lol

I just looked at Om Tara and you're right, it isn't listed right now. They may not be doing it at the moment if they didn't have any interested preggos or something lol. You may want to email them and ask. It used to be on Thursday nights.
New Baby Belly is awesome- everything about them. I took all my prenatal classes there too and loved every one of them! I did breastfeeding, infant/child CPR, and childbirth ed. Their price for yoga is cheaper than most other places I found. Om Tara was $15 per class when I was going there.

Breathe N Flow yoga in Freeport on Atlantic Ave has Prenatal.
They also have mommy & me, kids yoga and vinaysa flow classes.
