PreNatal Fitness in Nassau County.
Every time I see a thread on here about yoga.. it's all in suffolk. Just not happening for me.
It doesn't have to be yoga. In fact, I would LOVE an aqua aerobics class.
I tried to search online and I came up with nothing. Nada.
Does anyone know of ANYTHING out there in Nassau County? I live in Bellmore.  TIA.
P.S. I would LOVE a workout buddy!

I called the pool at Eisenhower.. nothing. But, I am thinking of calling the Town of Hempstead. My midwife gave me the number of a place at South Nassau that used to do prenatal yoga. She isn't sure if they still do it.
I am not crazy about yoga. But, if I can't find any other classes... I'll do it.

Hmmm... It seems so crazy that so many people would be interested but, there doesn't seem to be much out there!
I am thinking of calling some gyms?? I am also going to call the Town of Hempstead. I know they sponser fitness classes. I just don't know if they do prenatal ones! Does Echo Park do fitness classes?

I know Echo does do programs but I don't think any are prenatal. I am going to ask my OB next Friday.

i live in massapequa and haven't been able to find anything in Nassua either...so...
i bought 3 videos from Amazon that are supposed to be really good:
1. Perfect Pregnancy Workout
2. Prenatal Yoga
3. Prenatal Pilates
