Another spinoff: How often do you eat fast food?
Not including take out (like chinese type stuff)... Just from the chain type of fast food restaurants.

Usually if DH and I have meetings after work and get home later than usual, he'll pick up some KFC.

We used to eat too much of it! Especially on nights when i got out of class late, it was too easy to just pick it up on the way home 
Now, i haven't had any fast food since Decemeber 07. Someone in my office had McDonalds the other day, and the smell actually made me want to gag.

that's the one that i really miss- it will probably be a KFC trip (or popeyes) that kills the streak.

I don't really count that as fast food- more like a sanwhich shop.
Unless, you order your sandwhich deep fried, that is.

Maybe a few times a month - depending on how hectic DH and my work schedules get... we tend to grab easy food when we've had long days

maybe 1x per week. Fast Food is my weakness, but since I'm trying to watch our finances better, we haven't been going out to eat, even Fast Food. Last time I had Fast Food was about a week ago.

pretty much every weekend.
on the weekends we usually eat like crap on fridays and saturdays for dinner LOL
friday night we usually go to TGIFridays for some mozz sticks and fried shrimp with JD sauce 
saturdays we usualy end up at some kind of restaurant thats not the greatest health-wise
BUT, every night during the week we cook at home, and i use low fat/low sodium... low whatever, whenever i can. so i tell myself it all evens out

At this point, only a few times per year. It has been months since I have had any fast food, and I love that stuff!
ETA: Now, when I do eat it, my tummy yells at me for it!

I admit I can be a bad mommy and when we are out and running around, I have gotten my kids chicken nuggets and fries, and then I'll usually get myself a salad or potato or a chicken sandwich too. I absolutely know it's horrible for them and me, but what can I tell you. I suck! Maybe comes to 1x a month, if that.
