Another Gonal-F question

So, my dose is vey high - 750 iu.

Since the pen is 900 but the dial only goes up to 450 I have to do two. Should I be doing two separate needle sticks or do you think it is ok to leave the needle in after the first dose, dial up the second dose and reshoot? The less 'needle sticks' the better in my opinion. lol.

I am on 750 iu also.

I do a shot of 450, then 300, leaving 150 left. Tonight I will use the 150 that is left from the 900 iu syringe, and then use 600 from a new syringe.

Thanks! Do you take out the needle between doses or do you leave it in and just dial up the next dose?
