am I the only crazy mom who misses my kid when she goes to sleep?
maybe it's cause she is only 10 weeks old, but as much as I want her to sleep and to have quiet time-- when we put her in the crib at night, I miss her!

I feel the same way. I dont mind a couple of hours but by like 11pm, I totally miss her and secretly wish she would wake up.

Me too! Sometimes I do get her from her crib and lay her in bed with me for 1/2 hour and put her back. But she is almost 3, not 10 weeks

I miss them when they go to sleep once they have been sleeping for a couple of hours......I sometimes pick them up and cuddle on the rocker

Yes! You are the only one! Just kidding. On the days that I work a lot, I hate putting Ava to bed because she's so much fun lately. However....and that's a BIG however, I do enjoy my alone time after she's asleep.

In the first six months I spent a ridiculous amount of time watching him sleep like a little angel; I was mesmerized. Lately I'm a little more sane and try to catch up on my own sleep when he's out for the night. (But I still stare at him during his naps so I haven't totally quit the habit!!)

I feel the same! As much as I need a break from her, I miss her little face and want to sneak a peek at night. I am always glad to see her face in the am. You are not alone.
