He lost a tremendous amount of weight after he quit doing the show. Holy hell! He's kinda hot!

DH & I were always waiting to see him collapse from a heart attack. You know it's bad when he learned that if he got up from his seat in the middle of a challenge and hopped a few times to make the food settle faster; it's time to stop the show.
I remember Anthony Bourdain even expressed concern how much weight he had gained, he also said he wouldn't be surprised if that show had a hard time getting Adam insured god forbid anything happened.
I think he looks quite handsome!

My Dh and i never for why he always wore tight coats while he did the completions lol
