Activities for book Stregga Nona?
Does anyone have any ideas? I love this book!

hmmm...for what grade? I taught K and after reading the book a few times, we would act the book out. We also made our own pots of pasta using yarn. I know we did more, but I can't think of it right now. When I think of it, I'll add more.

there is another version with the same theme, the name of the tale escapes me but it should come back to me soon. i'd find as many versions of the book as possible and compare/contrast them, reenact them, cause and effect

I don't teach elementary, but I just wanted to say I love this book! My mom used to read it to me and my sisters when we were little all the time!

we had a read aloud day this year and my guest read strega nonna. she made copies of one of the pages with a picture of the witch and the pot of pasta and she brought cut up spaghetti. so afterwards the kids glued the spaghetti coming out of the pot and colored in the pictures. so cute and they loved it (and the book).
