Activities for a 1 1/2 year old

She will be 2 in November. She has so much energy it's amazing! i truly can't keep up with her. I was wondering what programs some of you might have your dc involved in.

I am a working mom and have a 4 yr old boy and 3 month old boy too, so weekends are better but I'm up for any suggestions. I feel she is too wild for the Mommy and Me classes. Is she to young for gymnastics? Are thre any gyms that have 2 year old classes? Any other ideas? TIA

My neice did gymnastics and swimming just after she turned one. But she was in Baltimore, so I don't know any names or anything to tell you.

My DS is 2 yrs old and he's been going to Little Gym since he was 9 months. It's a combination of gymnastics, music, group play, etc...We go on Sat morning, it's kinda family time bc we usually go to breakfast afterwards. DH and I take turns going in with him each week. In the fall we plan to enroll DS#2 he'll be 6 months.

we just looked into Little Gym for DD, she is 14 mths - sounds great but very pricey IMO, $450 for 20 weeks.

Flips is in Smithtown.

There is also Gold Medal Gymnastics Center in Centereach which is GREAT! They have another location too. www.gmgc.com

We tried Nastics once, didn't really care for it.

Julie's Gym in Medford is also great.

Spins in Port Jeff is kind of dirty IMO.

I am taking DS to "My-Gym" tomorrow for a free trial class.
He's only 7 months, but, if you want I can give you some feedback.

The 20 week session in Chicago is $350...It's a little pricey, but I liked it much better than Gymboree.
