8-week appt. questions...
I have my 8-week appt. this week. I know I am getting a sonogram, but I am not sure what else to expect. Also, what kinds of questions should I ask? Should my husband come along? Thanks!

I would have DH come along so he can see the sonogram and hear the heartbeat. Ask any questions you may have. I showed up with a list of questions at my first appt., mostly about what I could/could not eat.

My doctor did an internal exam for the first 8 week apt. I also had a lot of blood work done.

my first appt was at 8 weeks....I was also new to her practice so I had an internal, pap smear (it was about a yr since I last had one!) and sono...I would recommend your dh come!
