Pre TTC appt questions
Okay girls I am setting up an appt with my OB/GYN for my yearly checkup - we were supposed to TTC this summer but I got promoted and we had to push it off - now we are planning on starting in Nov - since we have a cruise planned and figured it was a perfect time.
Anyway - last time I saw him it was a quick appt since it was the quick 6 month check and not the annual. So I want to have questions to ask - I already know to ask about vitamins - for now he said my women's one a day has the 400mg of folic acid - but what else do I need to ask?
Did your doctor give you a list of what to do or not do when you are trying/actually pregnant until your first appt?

my doctor gave me the basics
~ reduce caffiene consumption (I easily do 6-8 cups of coffee a day)
~ start eating healthy
~ establish an exercise routine ASAP. If you don't have one when you get pregnant, it's going to be very hard to establish one.
