5 days to go... and... a question?

So only 5 days to go and at my last 2 Dr appointments I have been 50% effaced but not dilated at all.

I haven't really been feeling anything, but I have had some Braxton Hiicks very early in the morning from time to time.

Now today (sorry for the TMI) but my underwear has been "wet" all day and I am feeling a little crampy. The discharge/water(?) is clear though (not tinged red or brown so I don't think it is my mucous plug...)...

I never felt the "gush" that I thought you got when your water broke, and there definitely aren't any contractions.

Did labor start this way for anyone else? I am just trying to gauge if I should tell work I will be here tomorrow or not........

It started this way for me with DS. You may have a slow leak. What I did was go to the bathroom and wipe until you are dry. Then sit on some tp if it is wet and you don't have to pee then it might be a slow leak. I would shower, call the obgyn and make sure you have everything in your bag. Good luck.

ETA: You should try to go number 2 before heading off to the hospital. It will make a world of a difference.
