31 weeks and period like cramps in lower back and stomach?
i've been having BH contractions since 29 weeks - where my uterus gets tight and i can feel it when i rub my belly.
but for the past hour i've been getting period like cramps in my lower back and stomach. what are these?

only about 30 oz so far. which is on the low side.

Yeah that can be it. I get that on and off- upping the water usually resolves it.
