Do you mind if I join you ladies?
I just joined WW Online, and am starting tomorrow  I'm looking to lose at least 15 pounds, but hopefully 30. I'm BFing and the weight will NOT come off, so I have to do something. I'm glad the program has changed because I did WW a few years ago and didn't lose anything with the old program!

Welcome to the thread and WW!! I defintely think the new program works- it promotes some very healthy eating habits! Any questions- shoot them our way! There are many knowledgable Weight watchers on here to help you out!!

Week 14: Down 2.9lbs for a total of 33.1 lbs lost.
I just started Couch to 5K yesterday and I was so surprised that I actually made it through the whole running/walking part. I wasn't running very fast, but I was able to do it.

Hello! I am also a a nursing mother and haven't lost any weight because of it. I actually hold on to weight until I am done nursing (happened with my first son). I love the new program and am seeing some positive results.

Looks like everyone is doing great!
I was so nervous to go in today after some very stressful weeks. I couldn't weigh in last week, so this week accounts for the last two.
I lost 4 lbs! That makes it 13.4 total. I'm so so happy & excited

I am still nursing the same amount, if not more, than when DS wasn't eating any solids. I nurse 6-7 times a day and pump once. Do you think I should stick with the 36 or bump it up to the 42? I'm not sure I should be this hungry

Crissy, JMO but I would try bumping up and seeing if you still lose weight. You can always adjust and go back down points if you see 42 points per day doesn't work. I get 36 points also and find myself satisfied, in fact I feel like I'm always eating. You're nursing a lot more than I am though so maybe you need the extra calories?

I'm not thrilled with the .8 mostly because I'm not thrilled with my eating habits of last week.
This week I plan to stick to what I had been doing before.
We ended up going out ot eat on Saturday, I thought I was ordering something that would be okay and it turned out it wasnt.
But I'm moving on and today is a new week.

I have to post because I am so excited....I started WW last Friday, and so far I'm down 7 POUNDS!!!! If I would have known I would be this successful I would have started the day I got home from the hospital after DS was born!!!
ETA: This new program ROCKS!!!!!!!!
