Need help finding OB/GYN!!
Hi everyone, found out last week that I'm pregnant and I've been searching online for an ob/gyn. Looking for western Suffolk preferably female. Any help would be so much appreciated! TIA!

i used to go to dr moriarity-morris in huntington group (on pulaski st) but i moved east so i wanted to go to stonybrook hospital and switched to stonybrook obgyn (porte, okeefe, welischar, van sise, lochner) - offices in setauket & bohemia
both are great!

Dr. Porte delivered my 3rd and I loved him! I don't go there because it was too far to go to Bohemia for me, but I would have switched if they were closer.

Need help finding OB/GYN!!
I go to Stony Brook OBGYN. They have setauket, bohemia and rocky point offices. I highly recommend Lochner or Vansise. Just be wary of the staff there, they are not the most pleasant and they never ever call you with results, so you need to be your own advocate.

This. I've had great experiences with all the Drs there but the staff can be very rude.

South Bay OBGYN. Dr. Sharar. She is amazing. There are 6 women in the practice.

I used them as well. Never had a problem with the staff, and I was there every week from 23 weeks on...but maybe that was why they seemed a little nicer, I saw them a lot more often due to complications.

this is true. and i never get appt reminders !

I haven't heard good things about South Bay, did you have any trouble with the offices/other doctors? This would be my ideal location cause it's so close.
